平素はTechaceをご利用いただき、 誠にありがとうございます。誠に勝手ながら、下記の日程において休業をいただきます。お客様には大変ご迷惑をお掛けいたしますが、何卒ご理解の程お願い申し上げます。

16日(火)~ 通常営業 10:00~17:00

◎休業前の最終発送は、8月12日(金)14時までご注文分までとなります。
(大口発送は対応できかねる場合がございます。)
※8月12日(木)14時以降に受付しましたご注文は、翌営業日(8月16日)以降に順次出荷となりますので予めご了承ください
※ 出荷予定締切内のご注文でも、ご注文内容の確認やお支払決済状況・商品在庫状況等により出荷が遅れる事がございますのでご了承ください。

From August 13th (Saturday) till 15th (Monday) our customer service and delivery services will be closed.
Please note that TechAce scheduled business hours and holiday period is as below.

13th (Saturday) till 15th (Monday) Closed
16th (Tuesday) Normal business hours from 10:00 – 17:00

◆ For Inquiries and support

Emails and inquiries received during the closed dates will be contacted from the August 16th.
[Please be noted for the Summer Vacation]
Any orders places after 12th August (Friday) 14:00pm will be shipped after the 16th August (Tuesday).
In addition, as of 14:00 pm on Friday, August 12th, orders that have not been confirmed by bank transfer will be shipped after August 16th.
