The Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet graphene thermal pad is a high-performance alternative to conventional thermal paste. Its flexible and adaptable surface ensures optimal contact between CPUs or GPUs and their heatsinks, enabling efficient heat transfer.

While offering the same ease of use as Carbonaut pads, KryoSheet achieves significantly higher thermal conductivity thanks to its graphene material and advanced manufacturing process. Since the pad contains no liquid components, it cannot dry out or degrade over time, ensuring long-term stable cooling performance.

 

Technology

KryoSheet graphene pads feature a molecular structure stacked in the Z-direction. This optimized structure enables outstanding and consistent thermal conductivity.

The performance is achieved through a specially developed manufacturing process that breaks up the hexagonal crystal structure of graphite along the basal plane. This allows the anisotropic thermal conductivity of graphite to be utilized more effectively, resulting in improved heat transfer.

KryoSheet is available in multiple sizes. The 44 × 37 mm version is compatible with the following devices:

This size includes a Kapton insulation sheet. It is specifically designed for use with the GB202-300-A1 graphics chip of the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090. The Kapton insulation sheet protects the surrounding electronic components (SMDs) around the chip.
