Massive Copper Cooler with Dual Cold Plate Design

The DeltaMate GPU Block achieves high cooling performance through an optimized coolant flow across a copper cooler. It features a dual cold plate design consisting of a Core Cold Plate for the GPU die and a VRM/VRAM Cold Plate for memory and power components.

The VRM/VRAM Cold Plate, weighing over 900 grams, is precision-machined from high-quality copper and finished with CNC processing for optimal thermal contact. All copper components are nickel-plated in the final production step.

The Core Cold Plate features an ultra-high-performance structure with 0.2 mm slot width, 0.2 mm fin width, and 2.5 mm fin height, resulting in a surface area of 13,440 mm². Both cold plates are fully CNC-machined for maximum precision.

RGB Lighting with Schott BOROFLOAT® Glass

The black anodized aluminum housing integrates 14 addressable RGB LEDs that illuminate the viewing window made of Schott BOROFLOAT® glass. Lighting can be controlled via a 3-pin ARGB header (+5V/DATA/GND).

BOROFLOAT® glass offers unique light diffusion compared to acrylic and features hand-polished edges for enhanced visual effects. It is also UV-resistant, highly scratch-resistant, and resistant to alcohol-based cleaners.

Flexible Terminal Configuration

The water block comes pre-installed with a brass Direct Terminal (2-port) featuring forward-facing G1/4" inlet and outlet ports. An optional Through Terminal (4-port) is available separately for more flexible loop configurations.

“The Oracle” PCB for Easy Installation

An integrated spacer PCB called “The Oracle” is precisely matched to the ROG Astral RTX 5080 PCB. It allows alignment and compatibility checks before disassembly, simplifying installation.

It also serves as a template indicating screw positions and thermal pad placement, and can be used when reinstalling the original air cooler.

DeltaMate Fittings & Optional Through Terminal

Thermal Grizzly offers a wide range of precision-machined brass fittings for integrating the DeltaMate GPU Block into a custom cooling loop. These fittings are available in various sizes and colors, supporting both soft and hard tubing.

An optional Through Terminal (4-port) is also available, featuring inlet and outlet ports on the top and bottom. This provides greater flexibility for tube routing when building a custom water-cooling system.

The DeltaMate GPU Block - ROG Astral RTX 5080 requires assembly and is recommended for use and installation by experienced users.

General Notes on Water-Cooling Products

• Do NOT use in combination with water-cooling components made of aluminum where the coolant comes into contact with aluminum, such as radiators with aluminum tubing.
• Suitable coolants are recommended that contain biocides and corrosion inhibitors and are free of particles that could restrict water flow or clog the loop.
• The custom water-cooling system should be tested for leaks with an air pressure tester for at least 1 hour before filling.
• After filling, the system should be regularly inspected during the first 24 hours for any potential coolant leaks.
