1. Prepare the Loop Cleaner

• Dilute the 250mL Loop Cleaner concentrate with 1250mL of distilled water (1:5 ratio).
   

2. Clean the Cooling Loop

• Drain the existing coolant from the system.

• Fill the loop with the diluted Loop Cleaner solution.

• Allow the solution to circulate through the cooling system for 2 to 24 hours to remove manufacturing residues, impurities, and old coolant deposits.
   

3. Prepare the Superflush

• Dilute the 250mL Superflush concentrate with approximately 2750mL of distilled water (1:11 ratio).
   

4. Flush the System

• Drain the Loop Cleaner solution from the loop.

• Fill the system with the diluted Superflush solution and circulate it through the cooling loop.

• Superflush removes any remaining cleaning agents and contaminants left behind after the cleaning process.
   

5. Refill with Coolant

• Drain the Superflush solution completely.

• Fill the cooling loop with fresh coolant before returning the system to normal operation.
   

Notes

• When switching from one colored coolant to another, flush the loop with distilled water before using EK-CryoFuel Loop Cleaner.

• Loop Cleaner and Superflush are cleaning solutions only and do not provide corrosion protection or biocide properties.

• Do not leave either solution in the cooling loop significantly longer than the recommended duration.

• Compatible with all EK soft and hard tubing.

• Both EK-CryoFuel Loop Cleaner and EK-CryoFuel Superflush have a shelf life of up to 4 years from the bottling date.

• When switching from one colored coolant to another, flush the cooling loop with distilled water before using EK-CryoFuel Loop Cleaner.

• Over time, the liquid may gradually darken or experience slight color changes. This is a normal characteristic of the product and does not affect its performance or functionality.
