Monitoring

All critical parameters such as current, voltage, temperature, and power consumption are continuously monitored. If predefined safety thresholds are exceeded, the device triggers visual and audible alerts, with optional automatic system shutdown via splitter cable. Threshold values can be customized through the settings menu.

Cooling

To manage heat generated by contact resistance in high-performance GPUs, the device features a semi-passive 30 mm fan that operates silently at low load and activates automatically under higher temperatures. The CNC-machined aluminum housing acts as a heatsink, while optimized airflow design ensures efficient cooling of key components.

User-Friendliness

Available in two connector orientations, the device supports flexible installation and also functions as a 90° adapter for improved cable management. The integrated TFT-IPS display offers multiple configurable views. It works as a standalone hardware solution and can be enhanced with optional software.

Automatic Data Logging

Built-in memory logs key operating data such as per-pin current, total power, and connector temperature at regular intervals (every 60 seconds). The storage supports long-term tracking (up to ~340 days continuous use), enabling detailed failure analysis.

Extended Warranty

Includes a 2-year extended warranty covering the GPU connector beyond standard manufacturer warranties. In case of damage, Thermal Grizzly provides repair or replacement, ensuring enhanced safety and reliability when used according to specifications.

Important Information on Compatibility Checking!
Before purchasing a WireView Pro II, it should be verified whether the graphics card in use is compatible. To do so, the following steps can be carried out:

• Check the compatibility list in the download section of the manufacturer’s website. The compatibility list is based on a horizontal installation of the graphics card with the power cable routed toward the bottom of the case.
   
• Using the technical drawings available on the manufacturer’s website, verify compatibility with the graphics card, the case (e.g., clearance to the side panel), and, if applicable, the CPU cooler.
   
• The WireView Pro II is available in two variants. The choice of variant primarily depends on the routing of the power cable from the power supply, as the display can be rotated by 180° in the settings.
   
• Depending on the orientation of the 12VHPWR or 12V-2x6 connector on the graphics card, either the “Normal (N)” or the “Reverse (R)” variant is required to route the power cable toward the graphics card cooler. This description assumes a horizontal installation of the graphics card with the power cable routed toward the bottom of the case.
