Delivery Time

Once we've confirmed payment, orders are normally delivered within 2-14 days.
(*depending on inventory status)

Orders placed after 2 pm are normally processed the following day.

We usually confirm payments at 2pm, therefore if your payment is transferred after 2pm, we will confirm it the following business day.

  •    690 Yen to all Prefecture at Honshu.
  • 1,150 Yen to Hokkaido
  • 1,760 Yen to Okinawa
Free shipping in Japan on orders over 10,000円 (not inc. tax).

Furthermore, shipping costs to abroad locations have massive increased, but might not been displayed at our platform, correct.

We might will contact you once we receive your order and will inform you about the actual shipping costs as soon as possible.


Please check the contents of your order upon arrival. If, by chance, there happens to be a problem with your order, we will get it fixed quickly.
  • For exchanges, returns, and repairs please be sure to contact us by email or telephone so that we are able to rectify the problem as quickly as possible. Please do not send products back to us without first confirming with us.
  • Unused products may be returned within 14 days of the shipment date. Please contact us first. For returns, there is a restocking fee. There may also be a restocking fee for exchanges, we will advise you of any fees when you contact us.
  • If the exchange is due to the customer's circumstance, the customer should pay to ship the product back to us. There may be other fees that the customer will be responsible for such as bank transfer fees.
  • If the exchange is due an error caused by TechAce, TechAce will pay shipping to have the item returned. We will also instruct you how send the product back.
  • As a general rule, after shipping your order, we cannot cancel it.
  • During the warranty period, problems with professional machines are covered under the 1 Year Limited Warranty.
